Freedom of Information Requests
In compliance with the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act of 2001 (Arkansas Code 25-19), the Authority makes all applicable records available for public review.
Description of Records
The Authority maintains records in two (2) sources:

Central Files - physical filing cabinets containing hard copies of printed documents, records and files.

Authority Local Computer Network - local network server containing digital documents, records and files.
