Carson Makes the 40 Under 40 LIST

The Arkansas Science & Technology Authority would like to congratulate our own Lydia Carson. She was named to the Arkansas Business “Forty Under Forty” in the publication's June 25 edition.

Lydia is Director of Arkansas Manufacturing Solutions and Vice President Industry for the Arkansas Science & Technology Authority.

Carson joined the Authority in 1996. She is also the President and CEO of Balm Innovations, LLC, a UAMS Arkansas BioVentures firm that commercializes natural personal care products.

Carson graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and earned a MBA through the University of Arkansas Little Rock Executive MBA program. She serves on the Arkansas District Export Council and the board of the Central Arkansas Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and is a member of the inaugural class of Leadership Arkansas.
