Cathleen Bailey Joins ASTA As Fiscal Officer

The Arkansas Science & Technology Authority is pleased to welcome Cathleen Bailey as our new Fiscal Officer.

Previous to joining the Authority, Cathleen was employed as the Fiscal Officer for the Arkansas Spinal Cord Commission and as the Grants Comptroller for the Arkansas Department of Health.

Cathleen Bailey is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
